These terms govern your use of RestaurQuant. By creating an account, you agree to them.
RestaurQuant provides restaurant sales, menu, cost, and staffing analytics, generated from data you upload or connect via your point-of-sale system. It's a business tool, not financial, tax, or legal advice — decisions you make based on it are your own responsibility.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for the accuracy of the business data you upload or connect.
New accounts get a free trial period with full access, no payment required. Continuing to use RestaurQuant after the trial ends requires a paid subscription, billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel or change plans at any time from Settings — cancellation stops future billing but doesn't refund the current billing period unless required by law.
Your restaurant's data belongs to you. We use it only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you connect a third-party POS (e.g. Toast), you're responsible for having the right to share that data with us.
Don't use RestaurQuant to violate any law, attempt to access other accounts or data that isn't yours, or interfere with the service's operation.
RestaurQuant is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We aren't liable for business decisions made using the app's analytics, or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of RestaurQuant after a change means you accept the updated terms.
